Walked with Sawako 17.5km to Iyoki station then took a train the rest of the way to our hotel. The walk was nice, mostly on backroads that were quiet with a small section on a trail.
We saw these funny ferns that looked like antennas and several bamboo shoots.
Along with and aquaduct for the rice fields.
The train station was very tiny
But the view from the train was great.
I am very happy as I walked 17.5 km with no problems. You can see a map of my tracks
