I took a quick hike to Lake 22 by Granite Falls. The trailhead was nice and clean.
We hiked up through old growth forest and over a small creek before we started climbing to the lake.
The climb had a lot of switchbacks and a few good views of the valley.
At the lake we had a snack and walked around it. A very pretty alpine lake.
The flowers were blooming even this late in the season.

This is a nice, pretty easy trail of 5.5 miles round trip with 1350' of elevation gain. A wonderful day.
