Wallowa Valley - Day 3: Hiking

After visiting the Foundry in the morning, we hiked the Falls Creek Trail to Legore Mine from the Hurricane Creek Trailhead.

The hike is up a beautiful valley with a few waterfalls and leads you into the Eagle Cap wilderness.  I was not able to go the entire way, but what we did was very pretty.

Like the previous day, there were a zillion wildflowers.

We finished up the day with a nice dinner and walk through the town.  Here are few more of the bronze statues.

Notice the picture of the man on the light pole.  Each of the 25 graduating seniors of the local high school had their pictures on light poles along Main street.
