So the other day, I got this wonderful email from Microsoft saying there was a license up for renewal on one of the domains I manage:
Ok, that should not be a problem, I just look at my products and figure out which one has that nice subscription ID to see what they are referring to. Whoops, there is absolutely no way to map from subscription ID to product name using their GUI (this is per the 30 minutes I spent with support trying to figure this out). I literally have to open up a support ticket, wait for them to get back to me, and then after a bit of back and forth, they will finally identify the product name (in this case it was the Business Premium license). They claim Microsoft does it this way for security.
I swear, I think Microsoft is trying to create more support calls rather then trying to create products that do not require support intervention all the time.
