Today we walked back to Temple 6, Anrakuji where we will stay before closing the loop tomorrow. We left the Ryokan after a good breakfast.
We walked down roads and trails, past rice fields, and a cute rest place until we reached the valley.
These are the mountains we climbed to get to Temple 12, Shōsanji 48 days ago.
We then walked through suburbs to Temple 8, Kumadaniji where we stopped for a rest break. We borrowed a new ohenro-san's staff to show how much ours have shrunk over the trek. Sawako's is the short one, then mine in the middle, and the tall one is a new staff.
Made it to Anrakuji which has this ohenro-san statue.
